Last week I posted about the one new thing I am going to try to do everyday. My hope is I can make these things habits, like making the bed when I get up (I actually do that, even though I never did growing up!) and doing the dishes before bed.
I’m working on my list, but here are some things my friends said they wanted to try to do if they were to add one thing a day.
- Say morning prayers
- Say something kind to a stranger
- 10 minutes stretching
- One productive thing after the kids go to bed
- Do something nice for someone else
- One outdoor activity
- Read to child for 20 minutes
- Hair and makeup
- Remember blessings
- Run
- Say bedtime prayer with kids
- Call family
- Let go of one worry
- 10 minutes for myself
- Facial routine
- Drink more water
- Yoga every morning
- Be fully present
- List three things grateful for
- Floss
- Play guitar
- Read to kids
- Give dog more love
- Read
- Do something for myself
