I’ve been on S duty since I’m the only one that can feed her at this point (Wahoo – the breast feeding is working out!). And even though I didn’t have a C-section, I’ve still been asked not to pick M up for 3 weeks! So, that means that the boys are in charge of M. My dad has been here for over a week and he’ll stay another week, thank goodness. R is back to work this week so my dad will continue helping out with M and getting her to and from school. That will become my job (with S) again next week. M has been LOVING having my dad here and spending so much time with her daddy.

I am missing picking her up and holding her like crazy. I am just missing her in general. She hurt herself twice the other day and went running right past me to my dad. I’m glad she’s doing so well, but I sure do miss it being “you and me and me and you.” I know that as we get into a routine I’ll feel like I’m getting quality time with her too. She’s being so great with her sister and loves helping me out by bringing me a diaper or a blanket for S. I am so thankful for my girls.
