Kale Chips, Chicken Salad and French Toast Casserole

I’m super behind on my Whole Food Kitchen cooking, but we’ve been a little under the weather over here.  Last weekend I made Pizza Kale Chips.  They were delish – but by the next day they were soggy.  I should have eaten them all in one sitting!

Other recent non-Whole Food Kitchen cooking includes Curried Chicken Salad with Mango Chutney Dressing from Raising the Salad Bar and Overnight Caramel French Toast (recipe shared by Colleen).
