A few years ago when we went to visit our nieces in FL we were so impressed that our 2-year old niece really seemed to know who we were, even though we hadn’t seen her in months, maybe longer.  So while I was pregnant with Miss M, we knew we wanted a way to teach her about her family that she may only see a few times a year.  Somehow I got the idea to make a custom board book.  I did a lot of searching online and found several options for self publishing, but really only one for making a custom board book.  I can’t remember exactly how much it cost, but I think it was around $30. Miss M just loves pointing to everyone in the book and having us tell her who is who.  It will be so fun once she starts talking more and telling us who is who!
